This list is a comparison of ketogenic fruits under 10g of available carbs, also under 20g of total carbs per 100g. It can be useful for those transitioning to a carnivore diet looking to lower carb intake slowly, people on a traditional keto diet (20-50g carb limit) or ketovore diet (10g carb limit) looking to stay in ketosis and minimize fiber intake.
While these keto foods are very low in net carbs, they still contain diverse antinutrients that can cause issues, they might also be easy to overeat, making portion size always key when eating these foods. Most available carbs in fruits come from fructose, but since the body has no use for fructose bloating or diarrhea can occur as this sugar ferments in the intestines. If any amount of fructose is absorbed however, it will be converted in the liver to fat, uric acid or glucose potentially interfering with ketosis.
