A seven-year plan is underway right now in Philadelphia to remake neighborhood parks, recreation centers, playgrounds, and libraries across the city. This effort, called Rebuilding Community Infrastructure (Rebuild), has been made possible in large part thanks to a $100 million commitment by the William Penn Foundation – the largest grant in the foundation’s history.
