If you haven't tried this combination in a sandwich it is a must try. Similar to Coleslaw in taste, it is fresh, vegetarian and so easy to make.
My Children love this as their lunch and request it often as a snack too.
TIME NEEDED: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 Medium Sized Carrot
1 Medium Sized Cucumber
1 tbsp Mayonnaise (Or Soft Cheese)
Pinch of Black Pepper Powder
Bread Slices
Butter or Margarine for spreading on bread
