Managing follow-ups and tasks is super easy with Multi-Object Task Associations inside GoHighLevel. This feature lets you link one task to multiple Contacts, Opportunities, Companies, and Custom Objects at the same time. That means your entire team can see and update the same task wherever it matters most.
Multi-Object Task Associations give you full visibility. The same task shows up in each linked record’s Associated Objects panel, so sales, success, and operations teams can collaborate without confusion or duplication. Instead of creating multiple clone tasks for every related record, you only create one.
You can associate up to 10 contacts, 10 opportunities, 10 companies, and 10 custom objects with each task. This flexible setup helps you keep all related work connected and easy to track.
HighLevel applies smart default associations to save you clicks. For example, when creating a task from a contact, it pre-links that contact and its primary company. From an opportunity, it pre-links the opportunity, its primary contact, and that contact’s primary company. You can add or remove associations anytime using the Associate To dropdown.
Tasks can be filtered by assignee, status like open or completed, and by any linked Contact or Opportunity. These powerful filters help you focus on exactly the tasks you need to work on, boosting productivity and accountability.
