PIZZA ROLLS W/ BUFFALO RANCH SAUCE

PIZZA DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
Warm water
Sugar
Active Dry Yeast
Olive Oil
AP Flour
Sea Salt

STEPS:
Combine water, yeast and sugar
Let mixture sit for 5 min.
Stir in olive oil
Add flour and salt; mix until a ball forms
Cover and let rise for up to an hour

PIZZA ROLLS INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil
Italian sausage
Minced Garlic
Diced green pepper
Diced onion
Diced mushrooms
Diced pepperoni
Marinara sauce
Shredded mozzarella

STEPS:
In a skillet, add onion and green pepper; cook down.
Add sausage; cook until softened
Add mushrooms and pepperoni; cook 2 min.
Stir in marinara sauce and reduce heat; simmer until thickened
Remove from heat; add mozzarella
Remove dough and shape
Spoon mixture on top; seal with water
Cook at 375° for 12-15 min

BUFFALO RANCH DIPPING SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
Mayonnaise
Sour Cream
Franks Red Hot
Buttermilk
Minced Chives
Minced Parsley
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder

STEPS:
Add all ingredients to a bowl; whisk to combine
