Course Description

An out and back flat course run mainly on tarmac through the wooded part of the National Trust's Penrose Estate with glimpses of Loe Pool at the turnaround point when the course goes into parkland.The start is at the entrance to the Penrose Estate, next to the Fairground car park, opposite the boating lake. Flora Motors is next to the car park entrance.The turnaround point is at metal bollards by the entrance to Penrose House (private residence).
There is a slight incline up to this point. Retrace your steps and the finish is in the amenity area between the car park and the start of the parkrun.
