Driving along the South Devon Highway from Newton Abbot to Torquay. One of the problems with this road is that it's only 50mph and it's a dual carriageway where a lot of drivers tend to hog the outside lane. One driver in this video got fed up with the offender and past them on the left.
Recorded from a Xiaomi Yi action camera on 11th March 2016 at around 5pm.
