Non Alcoholic Whiskey Sour
60 mls (2oz) Lyres American malt
30 mls (1 oz) Fresh lemon Juice
15 mls (1/2oz) Sugar Syrup
20 mls (2/3oz) Aqua faba or a whole Egg White.
Shake and strain into rocks glass, add ice
Lemon and cherry garnish
