Experiencing the Nature of the Soul | How-to-Live Talk With Meditation

Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Saralananda shares encouraging insights from Paramahansa Yogananda about the tremendous freedom, joy, wisdom, and love that will be ours when we transfer our identification from the material body and the senses — and focus on our true nature as the soul, the higher Self.

Each of us has the potential to express the divine qualities that God has placed in our true nature, and by daily meditation and striving to live from the perspective of the Self — we can gradually come to carry the peace of meditation with us no matter what challenges we face.
