AeroHub west is a multistoried building within campus of Chennai Airport .Now it has been used as boarding point of Uber/Ola and other cab ( except Prepaid but they are going to shift too soon) for all terminal.
Its easily walkable from T2 and T4,I am doing from T2 in this video.There are complimentary golf kart available from arrivals (of all terminal) but people complains about long queue .
Better to use walking bridge from T1/T4 arrivals to T2 and then walk to Aerohub west.
