In this video, we take the E90 BMW M3, B7 Audi RS4, and W204 Mercedes-AMG C63 onto the track to find out which one truly deserves the crown in the ultimate V8 track battle.

Behind the wheel for all the timed laps is racing driver Sam, pushing each car to its limit so we can get a fair, back-to-back comparison of performance, handling, and character.

🔵 BMW E90 M3
The purist’s choice.
Powered by the legendary 4.0-litre naturally aspirated V8, the E90 M3 is all about balance, throttle response, and driver engagement. High revs, razor-sharp steering, and rear-wheel drive make it one of the most celebrated M cars ever built — and a benchmark on track.

🔴 Audi B7 RS4
Audi’s V8 masterpiece.
With a 4.2-litre NA V8 and quattro all-wheel drive, the RS4 delivers huge grip and relentless traction. It’s heavier than its rivals, but its confidence-inspiring setup and explosive mid-range punch make it devastatingly effective — especially when conditions aren’t perfect.

⚫ Mercedes-AMG W204 C63
The muscle car of the trio.
A 6.2-litre naturally aspirated AMG V8, rear-wheel drive, and torque for days. The C63 is loud, aggressive, and unapologetic — but can it turn all that power into lap time against two of the best driver-focused performance cars of the era?

🏆 Final Thoughts
Regardless of which car comes out on top, one thing is certain:
all three of these are legendary cars. They represent a golden era of performance motoring that we’re unlikely to see again — big engines, no turbos, and pure character.
