Jim wants a canvas companion way cover for his Catalina 22, Bootstrap. He doesn't know what he is doing but stumbles through the project with his Sailrite Sewing machine. Things seem to turn out okay.
About a day and a half after I posted this video, it came to me that there was a way to make an eyebrow and shingle the top to keep the water on the outside of the cover--OH Well maybe next time if there is a next time.
The cover was tested this week. Lot of rain but no water cam in the crib boards. And we sailed in a hard, pelting rain and the cabin stayed dry. I think I am pretty happy with this project. 4/27/2022
