Equipment:
•Weights 5lbs-20lbs
•Yoga block OR a book, a hexagon shaped weight, or anything to elevate your heels
This workout starts with 2 activation exercises to get the right muscles warmed up before adding weight. It ends with a final burn exercise to really push your muscles to exhaust their limits one last time. This is where we see muscle growth.
