The eCebuana App enables Cebuana Lhuillier clients to conveniently access micro financial services such as Micro Savings, Money Remittance, Bills Payment, and E-load services among others. The e-Cebuana app and microsavings are products of Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank.

With the eCebuana app, users can transfer money from their Cebuana Lhuillier Micro Savings accounts to other Micro Savings accounts, or have the money picked up at any Cebuana Lhuillier branch with 20% less on fees. Users may also opt to transfer money to other banks through Instapay.

1. Access to Bank Account.
2. Send Money.
3. Pera Padala sa ibang Cebuana Lhuillier Bank Account.
4. Pera Padala sa ibang Bangko via Instapay.
5. Pera Padala sa Cebuana Lhuillier branch payout.
6. Bills Payment.
7. Load Top Up.

1. Download eCebuana app via PlayStore and App Store and click Register Now.
2. Answer the question by Yes or No if you have a Micro-savings account.
3. Input your 24k card number.
4. Enter your personal information.
5. Enter your email address then enter your desired username and password.
6. Click Next step. You will receive a One Time Pin (OTP).
7. Enter your 6-digit OTP (Please note that this is only valid for 5 minutes).
8. You will receive a confirmation on your screen that you have successfully created your eCebuana account.
9. Check your registered email inbox for the verification email sent by Info eCebuana.
Tick Click here to verify your account.
10. You will be prompted that you have successfully verified email and your eCebuana login credential has been fully activated.
11. Log in to your account.
