We are incredibly lucky to be joined this week by the singer-songwriter from one of the 80’s seminal New Wave Pop Groups, Haircut One Hundred. I’m talking about Nick Heyward who joins us from over 4,500 miles away from his home in the UK. In this episode we learn how the band got their name and their distinctive sound that put them
in a league all their own. We first react to a rare performance of theirs from 1982, and then fast forward 41 years later to hear them perform the same song live with the BBC Orchestra. Here now is the catchy #3 UK Hit, “Love Plus One”.
