Milk 100gm
Yogurt 100gm
Egg 3
Oil 220gm
Lemon Juice 5gm
Vinegar 5gm
Sugar 250gm
Flour 300gm
Baking Powder 7gm
Baking Soda 7gm
Ingredients for Icing:
Dark Chocolate 60gm
Cream 226gm
Biscuit spread 200gm
Method:
Sabse pehle ek bowl me anday or cheeni add kar k ache se mix karlen phir esme milk yogurt oil add Karen or ache se mix Karen phir esme vinegar or lemon juice ko bhi add kar k mix karden last me esme flour baking powder baking soda add kar k mix Karen or 7x7 k mould me pour Karen or 180c 20 se 25 mnt bake Karen
Whipy whip cream whip Karen or chocolate ko melt kar k esme add kar k mix Karen or sath me lotus spread add kar k mix Karen or cake pe icing Karen
Chocolate cake:
Ingredients for Sponge
Eggs 2
Sugar 260gm
Yogurt 131gm
Cocoa Powder 40gm
All Purpose Flour 225gm
Water 160gm
Oil 131gm
Baking Powder 6gm
Baking Soda 8gm
Ingredients for Icing
liquid Cream 300gm
hazelnut paste 400gm
Milkyz Dark Chocolate 100gm
Almond Roasted 150gm
Method
Sabse pehle yogurt eggs sugar oil cocoa powder ko ek bowl me achay se mix karna hai phir apne esme garam pani daal k sugar ko ache se dissolve karna hai phir apne baking powder baking soda or flour add kar k achay se mix karna hai or ese 7x7 k pan me daal k (180C) pe bake karna hai
ICING: icing k liye whipy whip ko over whip karna hai phir apne hazelnut or dark chocolate mix kar k cream me add kar k 7 to 8 Hours k liye room temperature pe chor dena hai phir apne icing ko sponge pe apply karna hai or Ferrero rocher chocolate se cake ko decorate karna hai or cake ki sides me roasted almonds apply karna hai ….
Italian quiche:
Ingredients for Crust:
Biscuits 193gm
Flour 256gm
Egg 1
Cold water 2tsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Salt 2/3 tsp
Ingredients for Filling:
Chicken 150gm
Butter 70gm
Onion 1
Mushrooms 100gm
Egg 5
Heavy Cream 160gm
Cheese 100gm
Salt pinch
Nutmeg pinch
Black paper pinch
Green Onion 1
Method:
Sabse pehle ek bowl me pani niklen phir esme anday or namak add kar k ache se mix karlen
Phir bisco me flour add kar k achi tarhan dough gound len or pani or anday wala mixture esme add kar k achi tarhan gound len
Filling method:
Sabse pehle piyaz ko bareek kaat len phir ek sauce pan me butter add kar k piyaz ko usme dalen or halka sa paka len phir esme chicken ko cut kar k add karden or achi tarhan paka len oe esme mushroom or green onion cut kar add karden or ache se mix Karen
Last me heavy cream me anday, cheese, blackpaper, salt, Nutmeg ye sab add kar k mix karden oo phir crust ki dough mould me l;agayen or filling add k ark 180c pe 20 se 25 bake Karen
