Frederick Roesner was running errands in the summer of 2019 when something on the curb caught his eye.
It was a painting, and Roesner, an artist himself, recognized it as a piece created by renowned Indigenous artist Norval Morrisseau.
Kylie Stanton reports he now hopes the valuable piece of artwork could one day high in the National Gallery of Canada.
