PART 1 STORY:
The Poison & The Savior: The Devas and Asuras begin churning the ocean using Mt. Mandhara and snake Vasuki. When the mountain sinks, Lord Vishnu takes the Kurma Avatar (Tortoise) to lift it. Suddenly, the deadly poison Halahala emerges, threatening to burn the universe. In this moment of crisis, Lord Shiva appears with Goddess Parvati. To save the cosmos, He swallows the poison and holds it in His throat, becoming the Neelakantha.

ఆసురులు సురలు ఒకటిగ జేరి ప్రారంభించిరి కార్యము,
వాసుకినాగుని, మంథరగిరిని జేసితిరచ్చట త్రాడు కవ్వము
తలని అసురులు, తోకని సురలు పట్టి చిలికిరీ క్షీరసంద్రము
పునాది కొరవడి కవ్వము క్రుంగగ చింత చెందిరీ మనములందరును

కూర్మము కదిలి అడుగున మునిగి మంథరగిరినీ వీపున మోయగ
శిఖరముపై హరిహస్తముంచగా, అడుగున హరియే ఆధారముగా
క్షీర సంద్రమును చిలుకగ చిలుకగ, సురలు అసురులూ భీతిని జెందగ,
ముందు బయల్పడె హాలాహలము, ప్రళయకాల భీకరజ్వాలగా
భయ విహ్వలులై దేవ దానవులు కైలాసనాథుని శరణు వేడగా
