Buckle up — this one has it all. It’s the final night at Grays Harbor Raceway, and the Fastest 5 Days in Motorsports ended just as wild as it began.
From a bone-dry racing surface and last-minute water truck scrambles, to driver meetings debating whether to even run the night, things got tense fast. In this vlog, I take you through the entire journey — from suiting up in the fire suit to dealing with a destroyed wing panel during the feature. We talk through track conditions, setup changes, and strategy decisions in real-time, giving you an inside look at the drama and intensity behind the wheel of the 18T sprint car.
Despite everything, we qualified strong, fought our way through the heat, and charged from 9th to 7th in the A-Main, even with a damaged wing. There were moments of frustration, but also signs of serious progress with our car and team.
