Mennonite Dressing Recipe, Make Ahead and Freeze

10-12 cups dried bread cubes
1/4 cup butter
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
seasonings of choice (thyme, sage, parsley, celery seed or salt, inion powder, garlic powder)
salt
black pepper
2 1/2 cups broth and milk
refrigerate for 3-4 days, freeze for 3-4 weeks.
bake uncovered at 350F
from refrigerator bake for 35-45 minutes.
from freezer 45-60 minutes.
