I've seen plenty of challenge videos but not any in Mass Effect so far. So I decided to do a simple challenge myself in Mass Effect: Can you beat the game on Insanity using only Default gear with no modifications? The answer is obviously yes, but it was a run that required a LOT of patience at times to complete.
