This is an older video showing an HS 900 being deployed during a drill at a refinery in Europe. I know the trucks look funny, they speak Dutch and work in metric (we'll do the interpreting for you!). However, its a good video that demonstrates how easily a 6,300 gpm water supply can be established from an otherwise inaccessible water source with very few people.
The video shows a hose lay of about 3,000 ft. In reality this unit could deliver 6,300 gpm @ 20 psi to the emergency scene over a 5,200 ft hose lay with an overall elevation increase of 25 ft. Now that's MOVING BIG WATER!
