FEELING A BIT DOWN, NEW FAVORITE BOOK, DRAW WITH ME || a vlog

Hello, dear friends!

I'm sorry I missed you last week-- I'll post 2 videos some week soon to make up for it : )
I had the most amazing time camping out in nature for a week, I felt so free! It was nice to get out of the house and be reminded how incredible the outdoors are 🌿

All of that being said, I found it exceptionally difficult to get back into the swing of things once I returned. I had a lot of freelance work to catch up on and had many a late night getting it all done. I'm on the up & up now though and am happy to be able to share this week with you.

My favorite part of this video is the drawing portion. I've been teaching myself how to draw this year and it's been giving me new life! When it comes to learning something new, I always prefer studying books (I'm sure it's the same for most of you here). There's something so very satisfying about the way a book looks worn after buying it new, studying its every page, and creating from it. I've found a new drawing guide that I absolutely love, it's been SO helpful and I've had so much fun drawing the world around me. The book is called, "The Laws Guide to Nature and Journaling"-- I so highly recommend it!
