Living in Thailand Saved My Life (Here’s Why)

I’ve never told my story like this before.

There was a moment in my life where I genuinely thought it was over — and that moment forced a decision: either I change, or I lose myself completely.

In this vlog I open up raw about my childhood, trauma, losing my dad, the choices I made after, prison, relationships, mental health, and the day I realised I had to rebuild my life from the ground up. Now I’m in Thailand, just outside Bangkok, trying to become the best version of myself again — for me and for my kids.
