Oman's Most Beautiful Village | Misfat Al Abriyeen

We visit Misfat al Abriyeen on the penultimate day of our road trip through the Sultanate of Oman.

We hadn't planned ot come here at all, but we're very gald we're did, as Misfat al Abriyeen (or Misfah al Abriyyin) is maybe Oman's most beautiful village!

Hellish winds meant we had to abandon our planned adventures in the Al Hajar Mountains. We had wanted to climb a mountain around Jebel Shams, before relaxing in another Omani wadi, but the winds in the mountains were too strong!

Instead, a more peaceful day followed. so join us exploring Misfat Al Abriyeen. WInding through the narrow streets and falaf irrigation systems, we discover another one of the highlights of oman. And despite being a popular destination for Oman tourism, the village was quiet and peaceful and a great way to relax for a few hours.
