Simon Sinek on Using a Strength to Overcome a Struggle

In Chapter 12 of 20 in his 2015 Capture Your Flag interview, bestselling author and inspirational speaker Simon Sinek answers "At this moment in time, what are the sources of strength and struggle in your life?" Sinek notes strength comes from those around him and struggle - in this case writing his book "Leaders Eat Last" comes from moments of isolation and fear of failure. Sinek recalls the story of the moment where he nearly quit writing "Leaders Eat Last". Just when he was about to give up, he called a friend who was in the Air Force Special Forces reminded him this is what you signed up for and you have no choice but to complete the mission. Sinek ended the call, went back to his desk, and finished writing. Simon Sinek is an author of multiple best selling books "Start With Why", "Leaders Eat Last", "Together is Better", and "Find Your Why". His next book is titled "The Infinite Game".
