Here is our next recipe on Local Goan drink- Tival. Its a very simple yet delicious recipe. On our recent trip to Goa, we visited Nature's Nest Resort, near Tambdi Surla village, Goa. The Chef of the Resort Mr. Deepak Gawas was so kind to share and shoot the local traditional recipes of Goa. It's a must try drink after a heavy lunch. This drink has medicinal benefits like it helps in digestion and helps in good gut health. Please follow the recipe and share your experience with us.
Ingredients -
Kokum soaked in water
Green chillies chopped
sugar
Finely chopped Corriander
Salt to taste
Garlic crushed
water as per requirement
