In today's ice dye video I'm making a custom order blue aura tee.
The tshirt was initially pre-soaked in soda ash, but for the second dye I left out this step (BIG MISTAKE!) and for the third dye, it was pre-soaked again.
Tees are always pre-soaked in soda ash. I use 60 grams (1/2cup) of soda ash to 4L of water (1 gallon). Soaking time is 15 minutes per shirt. Then left to dry completely.
