Customer diversification, pressure from competitors, and an increase in market demand are just a few reasons why manufacturers may need to expand their business into new markets. Regardless of the motivation for market expansion, it can be difficult to find opportunities and understand what is required to successfully leverage those opportunities to grow the business.
Join the West Virginia University Industrial Extension as we discuss market expansion opportunities available to West Virginia manufacturers! These forums will include presentations, discussions, and a Q&A with representatives from West Virginia’s National Defense Industry Association (NDIA), Regional Contracting Assistance Center (RCAC), U.S. Commercial Service, and Shale POWER.
West Virginia manufacturers, and other state partners, will be available to discuss lessons learned, best practices, and their experiences with these programs and other market expansion activities.
