Normal Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. Fainting = Death
2. Can only catch the first pair of randomized Pokémon on each Route (Species Clause)
3. Nickname Pokémon

Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4 (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on "Set" battle mode

Soul Link Ruleset:
7. Encounter Pairs are linked! If one dies, so does the other!
8. Both players' parties must consist of the same encounter pairs!

UPR Randomizer Settings:
Starter Pokemon randomized to three stage evolution lines
Wild Pokemon fully randomized, excluding legendaries
Trainer Pokemon randomized according to power level
Trainer Pokemon forced evolution at level 30
Capture Rate increased to 2 to make it slightly easier to catch the randomized Pokemon
Field items randomized
