Battle with the bottle - my hungry orphan kitten, cute as can be

Please be aware how to safely feed a kitten. Knowingly and after discussing it with our vet this little one gave us no choice in the matter. To get good advice how to care for a newborn/young kitten look up a serious site on the web for instructions!!!!

Apollo's story: Found in the forest a day in late july 2008. Left by mummy cat who couldn't care for the little one. Everyone said it was almost impossible to get him to live, thrive and grow to be a normal well-adjusted cat. I didn't know the first thing about cats and kittens, but then again he didn't know much about the human race so it was the perfect starting point for us both to learn what had to be learnt.

Today he is awesome, handsome and veeeeery smart. The largest in the neighbourhood and very much like a handsome Maine Coon with the longest bushy tail ever. In spite of his enourmous size he still believes I'm his cat-mom and curls up in my arms and suckles on my sweater as if he still was the tiny little thing i had to feed every second hour, day and night. ;-DD
