Raj Comics is an Indian comic book publisher. It published a line of Indian comic books through Raja Pocket Books since its foundation in 1986 by Raj Kumar Gupta.
Some of its most well known characters include Nagraj, Super Commando Dhruva, Bhokal, Doga, Parmanu, Tiranga, Bankelal,Shakti, Inspector Steel, Bheriya and Anthony.
Raj Comics is credited as being one of the leading comic book distributors in India, although many of its characters are inspired from American superheroes of Marvel and DC Comics.

The company mainly publishes four types of comics; medieval fantasy, horror, mystery, and superhero comics, with a predominant focus on superhero content.Their comics are usually published in Hindi, with only a few titles and special editions in English. It has produced close to 35,000 comics to date and has been read by people in India and abroad.The company also publishes an online exclusive web series named Raj Rojana, with a new page uploaded every day.

Raj Comics publishes in multiple formats, which include e-book, print, and motion comics.
The company also sells hardcovers of their old and new comics, as well as bundled collections of their characters.

In 2008, Raj Comics was the focus of a research project conducted through The Sarai Programme at CSDS's Sarai Media Lab. The resulting research was published as a free PDF on the Sarai website.

Super Commando Dhruva is an Indian comic book superhero created by Indian comic book artist and writer Anupam Sinha. Dhruva first featured in the title Pratishodh Ki Jwala in 1987. Since then, the character has featured in many titles published by Raj Comics, including solo issues, two hero and multi-hero crossovers, parallel series set in alternate universes, limited series and guest appearances. This list presents all these titles in order of publication; it also includes titles in which Dhruva does not appear but which are related to the character.


Nagraj ("Snake-King") (नागराज in Devanagari script) is a fictional superhero appearing in Raj Comics,.Created in the late 1980s by Sanjay Gupta, First story was written by Prashuram Sharma and illustrations were done by Pratap Mullik and later it was drawn by Sanjay Ashtputre, Chandu and Anupam Sinha. Nagraj has changed a lot in his 25 years in print, both in terms of looks as well as powers and abilities.

Doga is a fictional character, an Indian comic book anti-hero character appearing in Raj Comics, published and distributed across India. Created by Tarunkumar Wahi, Sanjay Gupta and artist Manu in the November 1992, Doga is the first and as yet the only antihero character in Raj Comics. The character first appeared in the issue Curfew. His first name is revealed as Suraj, although his surname has yet to be specifiearth.

Parmanu ("Atom") is a fictional Indiansuperhero published by Raj Comics.His super powers include splitting into atoms and flying to travel from one place to other and to reduce or increase his own size.The character is inspired from Atom.Parmanu got killed in akhiri series by blasting himself in space to save earth.
