I mean, I can’t be the only one tired of hearing about the same 5 villagers
Any-hoo, let’s dive right in!
This, is Phoebe!
Phoebe is a sisterly, or uchi, villager who first appeared in Animal Crossing New Leaf
They’re kind of like the elderly sister characters in those tv shows
You know like Mai with Ty Lee and Azula. She was playing that big sister vibe pretty well
Another good example, purposefully staying in the realm of Avatar, is Korra from The Legend of Korra. Tenzin’s kids imitate her all the time
You can even see this with Amethyst and Steven from Steven Universe or Jenny and Tuck from My Life as a Teenage Robot
Phoebe is actually a newer character, She first appeared in Animal Crossing: New Leaf and made a mighty return in Animal Crossing: New Horizons
Phoebe is a fabulous red and yellow flamingo, so obviously she listens to classic music like K.K. Flamenco
Phoebe has a nice exterior house
When we go inside her house, we can see it’s just as fabulous as she is
The girl is packing!
Phoebe later returned in Animal Crossing New Horizons
She had a few changes, though
She no longer wears a flame shirt.
Her house is very nice in New Horizons
Going inside we can see that she has magma walls and lava flooring
How can you not like her?!
But seriously, the coolest thing about Phoebe is her picture catchphrase is “You can’t keep a good bird down”
