🍫 朱古力香蕉紅莓片 🍌 Chocolate Banana Bark with Dried Cranberries

依個近排好流行嘅朱古力bark🤤一定要試下🤤5-10分鐘鋪好晒d材料,之後放入冰箱半個鐘就食得。做法超簡單,又好玩🤤。最底層係香蕉,之後係朱古力,再加上果仁同紅莓乾,頂層係花生醬。🤤食唔晒擺喺冰櫃可以保存一個月。
🌸 Ingredients
2隻 香蕉
1杯 朱古力粒粒
1湯匙 梛子油
1/2 杯 核桃 或 你仲意嘅堅果
1/2 杯 紅莓乾
適量 花生醬
適量 椰絲(做裝飾)
2 Bananas
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Walnut or any nuts you’d like
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
drizzle Peanut Butter on top
drizzle Shredded Coconut on top (Optional)
在小烤盤上鋪上牛油紙。將香蕉片緊密排列在烤盤上。朱古力粒粒和梛子油放入微波爐碗中,放入微波爐,先叮30秒,攪拌,再叮30秒,攪拌,直至朱古力完全融化。用湯匙慢慢將融化了的朱古力平均塗在香蕉片上。然後撒上適量的核桃及紅莓乾。最後,淋上融化的花生醬,及灑上椰絲做裝飾。放入雪櫃大約半小時,或直至朱古力凝固。從冰箱取出,成塊咬又得,切塊食都得。Let’s Feast At The Table✨
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the bananas into slices and place them to the baking sheet. Make sure all the sliced bananas are touching each other. Then, in a microwave-safe bowl melt the chocolate with coconut oil for 30s first. If the chocolate is not yet melted, put it into the microwave again and heat it for another 30s, until the chocolate becomes smooth. Stir occasionally to make sure even melting. Add the melted chocolate over top. Sprinkle with walnut and dried cranberries. Add the melted peanut butter over top. Drizzle some shredded coconut for decoration. Add to freezer for 30 minutes until hardened. Break the chocolate banana bark into pieces. Let’s Feast At The Table✨
