Last month, the Constitutional court formally recognised the Bapedi Kingship in the person of King Thulare Victor Thulare the third.
History remembers the Bapedi people amongst others, for their gallant fight for their sovereignty and independence against founders of apartheid.
We're joined via skype, by the brother of the king, Prince Phathudi Thulare, who is Snr Council for the Bapedi Royal house.
