Black Sea Bass Fishing: A True Challenge in NY!

Black Sea Bass regulations in New York have gotten stricter, making is very difficult for recreational fisherman to find keeper sea bass. The regulations in NY require black sea bass to be at least 16.5" in size. Meanwhile fishermen from neighboring States like NJ, who are fishing the same waters as NY, are allowed to keep 12.5" black sea bass. NY's black sea bass season also starts after NJ, making it more difficult for NY anglers. What are your thoughts about the NY black sea bass regulations?
