The "Secret" to Fat Loss

The "secret" isn't so secret... there are a few simple, proven, evidence-based strategies for losing body fat, including:
1) Calorie-Deficit
2) Adequate Protein Consumption
3) Adequate Fiber & Micronutrition (fruits & veggies)
3) Resistance Training
However, implementing these strategies isn't always so easy. Many people struggle with poor habits, busy lifestyles, stress, addiction, lack of discipline, limiting beliefs, or simply lack a vision of how they will make a change in their body or their life. So what to do?
