Ingredients (makes 8 scones):
284g All purpose flour
100g Sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Lemon zest
113g Frozen butter, grated
½ cup Sour cream
125mL Whole milk
212g Fresh/frozen berries*
100g White chocolate
*You can make mixed berry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry, or blueberry scones with this recipe. If using frozen berries, do not defrost the berries.
