Installing a NIBBI PE24 on a Kayo MR125 (links in description)

This is the 3rd time I’ve installed a PE24 on a Yamaha motor. This is hands down the best working carb for the price I’ve tried. It isn’t a straight bolt on part though. These are my latest notes for my moto journal. At some point i will need details on what i used and how I did this. I’ll never remember 5 years from now…

With that said, I will go back to the smartcarb set up. But this new carb works wonderfully. Here’s a link below to me out on the track using this carb. Once I solved the fuel starvation problem I can run either carb. One costs about $70 and the other cost $600. both take some work to fit. This video is mostly me struggling to get the cable for the Honda XR75 to fit on this bike. 

Materials used:
The aluminum sleeve to change the carb diameter on the engine side
31mm ID x 35mm OD
Throttle cable : Motion Pro for 1998 Honda XR75
Jets sizes: 105 Mainjet + #40 Pilot jet
NIBBI brand aluminum throttle housing
