We are going to follow a technique called Pomodoro technique if you have never done Pomodoro before, So basically we will be studying for one hour with two sessions in between . In first session We will study for 30 minutes and will take a five minute break and then we are going to study for another 30 minutes and then take five minutes break. So this is how it works. It’s really simple right !



[AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SESSION]
make sure to have all the essentials with you, don’t have to get up again again.
-Make sure to switch off all the devices that you’re not going to use during this session.
-Make sure that you have water and something to eat during this session.
