‘Obsessive’ Stalker Teacher Freaks Out in Court as Judge Locks Her Up

A former Ohio teacher, Hannah Freeman, was sentenced to jail after pleading guilty to stalking her ex-boyfriend, a fellow educator, whom she visited at his workplace over 30 times in less than three weeks. Freeman believed her plea deal would keep her out of jail, but during the hearing, the judge ordered her to serve seven days in county jail, prompting a dramatic courtroom outburst captured on video. The case, which included charges of stalking, burglary, and theft, was described by the judge as a "bizarro breakup between two professionals." Law&Crime’s Chris Stewart is On the Case.
