UTA plans major redevelopment near North Temple FrontRunner station

The Utah Transit Authority moved forward with plans to transform land surrounding several of its rail stations, including a major redevelopment next to the North Temple FrontRunner Station.

While the station itself would remain largely unchanged, the seven acres around it could look very different within the next few years.

More than 40 million riders boarded UTA trains last year, including daily commuter John Edwards, who said public transit remains the most affordable way for him to get around.
