I Built That '70s Show Diner “The Hub” in The Sims 4 | Rebuilding Newcrest Ep. 2

This is Episode 2 of my Rebuilding Newcrest series in The Sims 4 — and today, we’re going full retro!

In this episode, I recreated the iconic diner from That ’70s Show — The Hub 🍔✨ The ultimate hangout spot where Eric, Donna, Hyde, Fez, Jackie, and Kelso spent countless hours chatting, laughing, and eating fries.

My goal was to capture the authentic ‘70s diner aesthetic — warm wood tones, checkered floors, leather booths, neon signs, and just the right amount of funky retro charm. This build is packed with nostalgic details that make it feel like it came straight out of Point Place, Wisconsin.

Whether your Sims are grabbing a milkshake after school, hanging out with friends, or working a late-night shift behind the counter, this lot brings those classic sitcom vibes right into your Sims world.
