SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING AGENDA
Wednesday, October 8, 2025 – 5:00 p.m.

Call to Order:
Certification of Compliance with Open Meetings Law
Roll call, Pledge of Allegiance
1. Continued Workshop for 2026 budget year. Any and all Town budget matters may be discussed during this workshop. Action or direction regarding budget items may be taken, and additional budget
meeting date(s) may be set.
2. Discussion and possible direction regarding Little Prairie Road and Hooper Road repairs.
3. Request for approval of Resolution authorizing borrowing of $105,000. (Proposed new Resolution replaces the Resolution adopted 9/8/25. The previous resolution authorized borrowing of $105,000 over a five year period, at an interest rate of 5.5% - that Resolution is being replaced). Replacement is due to ability to receive a more favorable interest rate. (5.0% instead of 5.5%)
4. Adjournment.

Should you need to vacate the Town Hall for any reason, even if you are returning after a closed session meeting, please take all of your personal belongings with you.
