Kibbeh is a traditional Arabic food made from a mix of bulgur (cracked wheat) with another main ingredient, usually meat. Each type of kibbeh dish will derive its name from what the bulgur is mixed with or how the kibbeh is formed. For example, this kibbeh, Kibbeh Bil Sanieh, literally translates to Kibbeh in a pan. Kibbeh is one of the most eaten dishes in Lebanon 🇱🇧and there are hundreds of ways to make kibbeh, but this is one of the easiest and tastiest!
