Fuji GF670 VS Hasselblad 907x

Join me for a stunning landscape photography walk around ancient Reculver in Kent, a site steeped in 1800 years of history! In this video, I’m shooting a roll of Kodak Portra 120 film on my Fuji GF670 analogue medium format camera, while my friend and former channel guest Paul Bence explores the area with his Hasselblad 907x digital medium format camera.

Together, we capture the haunting beauty of Reculver’s ancient church ruins, dramatic coastal scenery, and breathtaking landscapes through the lens of two iconic cameras—one analogue, one digital. Along the way, we discuss landscape photography itself, what makes a good landscape, I drop some film references and somehow are manoeuvred into saying my final words!?
