Today was one of those super productive days around the house — cooking, cleaning, laundry, and just sharing life with you all! 💛 These are my favorite kinds of videos because I get to bring you along for all the everyday motherhood motivation, while also whipping up some incredible family meals that you are going to want to try ASAP.

✨ Here’s what I made today:

🥐 Pastichio Cream Pastries – only TWO ingredients, but they look so fancy and taste amazing!

🍝 Stuffed Shells with Chicken & White Sauce – my go-to cozy dinner recipe that’s always a family favorite.

🌮 Sweet Pork Enchiladas – cooked in the slow cooker all day, low-effort but maximum flavor (and carb-friendly too!).

🥪 Philly Cheesesteak Sliders – easy, crowd-pleasing, and perfect for football season!

After cooking, I tackled the house: laundry that had been piling up, vacuuming, tidying the upstairs (so many boxes 😅), and getting everything feeling fresh again. Nothing fancy, just a real-life mom-style productive day in the life.
