Cobb Flex Fuel Kit for 2022+ WRX – Install, Setup & 400+ WHP on Just 14.5psi!

We just installed Cobb’s brand-new Flex Fuel Kit with fuel pressure monitoring on our 2022+ Subaru WRX — the same car that made 506whp on Octanium 99 octane at 25psi. This video walks you through the full process, from unboxing, to installation, tune setup, and early pulls on E70 (~68.6% ethanol) at just 14.5psi of boost.

Our goal was to crack 400whp at low boost — and we did better than expected. Ethanol completely transformed the car's behavior, giving better throttle response, more torque, and cooler temps. And this is still just the tip of the iceberg — more boost and full flex tune optimization are coming.
