HOW TO COVER LICENSE PLATE HOLES. This video will inform the viewer, on How to remove a license plate bracket, and plug screw holes on a 2019-2023 Lexus ES. This process is the same with most vehicles, except for a small detail when removing the bracket. The Lexus bracket has two clips that attach to the grill.
