光酥餅Chinese Short Bread

材料ingredients:
150g 低筋粉 cake flour
30g 粟粉 cornstarch
1 tbs 泡打粉 baking powder
50g 糖 sugar
2 tbs 蛋液 beaten egg
50g 水 water
1 tbs 菜油 veggie oil
做法procedures:
1. 拌勻乾材料
Mix well the dry ingredients
2. 加水和蛋,拌勻
Add water n blend well
3. 加入油,用手粉,手搓成團約2分鐘
Add oil. Use flour for kneading. Knead into a nice dough in about 2 mins
4. 分成6份
Divide into 6 pieces
5. 滾圓每一份,壓扁,將粉皮邊拉入,按在中間,反轉,按好成圓形再壓扁
Round each piece. Flatten it. Pull the rim inward n press in the middle. Flip n shape it nicely into a circle n flatten it again.
6. 置焗盤,灑些麵粉於包上
place in the baking pan. Sprinkle a little flour on.
7. 置預熱好的焗爐中層
Place on middle rack of preheated oven
8. 300F/150C 焗15分鐘
Bake for 15 mins
